The following policies apply to services. If you have questions, please reach out, prior to scheduling your session.
Full payment is required for the following conditions.
Less than 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
No show or missed appointment.
Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment.
Pre-paid sessions expire after 90-days. Please be sure to schedule any paid sessions within this time frame. Any unused credits will be forfeited following 90-days.
If you request a cancelation, or self-cancel your appointment, you will be issued a credit on your account that is good for the service you purchased. You will be able to self-schedule your replacement appointment online for up to 6-months following original purchase date. Service credits expire 6-months from purchase date, and do not roll over.
Cancellation policy for travel trips.
Due to the many costs associated with accommodating traveling services, the following policy is strictly enforced:
Any session or service that is scheduled to take place during a travel trip is non-refundable.
There are no refunds for any session or service that is scheduled for, on, or during a travel trip, regardless of when it was scheduled.
The 24-hour cancellation policy is not applicable to sessions or services that are scheduled for, on, or during travel dates.
If you self-cancel your session or service online, no refunds will be applied.
The exception is that you may self-reschedule, if there is another time showing available online, via the self-scheduling system.
