The following policies apply to services. If you have questions, please reach out, prior to scheduling your session.


Cancellation policy

Full payment is required for the following conditions.

  • Less than 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • No show or missed appointment.

  • Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment


If you request a cancelation, or self-cancel your appointment, you will be issued a credit on your account that is good for the service you purchased. You will be able to self-schedule your replacement appointment online for up to 6-months following original purchase date. Service credits expire 6-months from purchase date, and do not roll over.



Cancellation policy for travel trips.

Due to the many costs associated with accommodating traveling services, the following policy is strictly enforced:

  • Any session or service that is scheduled to take place during a travel trip is non-refundable.

  • There are no refunds for any session or service that is scheduled for, on, or during a travel trip, regardless of when it was scheduled.

  • The 24-hour cancellation policy is not applicable to sessions or services that are scheduled for, on, or during travel dates.

  • If you self-cancel your session or service online, no refunds will be applied.

  • The exception is that you may self-reschedule, if there is another time showing available online, via the self-scheduling system.
