Traveling rates are non-refundable

Due to the many costs associated with accommodating traveling services, the following policies are enforced:

Any session or service that is scheduled to take place during a travel trip is non-refundable.

There are no refunds for any session or service that is scheduled for, on, or during a travel trip, regardless of when it was scheduled.

The 24-hour cancellation policy is not applicable to sessions or services that are scheduled for, on, or during travel dates.

If you self-cancel your session or service online, no refunds will be applied.

The exception is that you may self-reschedule, if there is another time showing available online, via the self-scheduling system.
